Adoptable Roads & Services Infrastructure

Witham Valley has built many adoptable roads in Lincolnshire over the years adding infrastructure to the council.
This involves excavating the trenches and laying the foul and storm drains for the road and adjacent houses followed by the excavation of the road, to then be filled with MOT type 1 stone. The road kerb are then put in place, with the road stone graded, it is then ready for tarmac. Some of the larger areas being Wygate in Spalding, Daniel’s Gate at Long Sutton and Foxes Low Road at Holbeach.

Reinforced Concrete Structures

We specialise in the use of reinforced concrete structures which are used to give extra tensile strength and are used in floor systems in particular.
Reinforced concrete can encompass many types of structures and components, including slabs, walls, beams, columns, foundations, frames and more, the use is dependant on the job in hand.

Landscape & Parking Projects

This can vary in size from small private drives with a relatively small amount of dig to be removed with dump trucks to large ‘cut and fill’ projects with large tracked machinery and hundreds of tonnes of excavated material to be transported from the site.
We have the capacity for movement of big or small earthwork projects with small mini diggers and wheel diggers to bulldozers for the larger landscape projects.

All Foundation Forms

With the regulations on footing becoming more stringent, many foundations aren’t just a traditional dig. We do lots of work involving foundations with reinforced steel and shuttering if necessary.
This has been done for Chestnut Homes at Skegness, Redbourne Homes at Epworth as well as many small builders and extensions for home owners.
All foundation forms are available, ie ring beam, raft, traditional etc.
